Background Information
MyVR is a Team Member facing scheduling platform used by the Gaming Enterprises within UKG. MyVR is used by non-exempt Team Members to view schedules, request Time Off, and other schedule related functions. The following Job Aide is an overview of MyVR’s tiles in UKG and Submitting Time Off.
UKG Homepage Virtual Roster Tile Overview
- Log in to UKG.
- From the home screen of UKG, you will see tiles labeled “MyVR Upcoming Shifts”, “MyVR Accrual Balance”, and “MyVR Notifications”.
The “MyVR Upcoming Shifts” tile displays a preview of your upcoming schedule.
The “My Schedule” link will direct you to the “Schedule” tab of MyVR.
The “MyVR Accrual Balance” tile displays a preview of your PTO Balance.
The “Request Time Off” link will direct you to the “Time Off” tab of MyVR.
The “MyVR Notifications” tile is a notification of unread messages within MyVR.
The “MyVR Notifications” link will direct you to the “Messages” tab of MyVR.
View my Schedule
- Click the “My Schedule" link at the bottom of the “MyVR Upcoming Shifts” tile to go to the “Schedule” tab of MyVR. From here, you can view your published upcoming schedule.
- Click the “Request Time Off" link at the bottom of the “MyVR Accrual Balance” tile to go to the “Time Off” tab of MyVR. From here, you will see your PTO Balance, as well as all your requested time off and the status of the requests.
Requesting Time Off
- From the “Time Off” screen, click the “Request Time Off” button in the lower right corner.
- Select the type of time off you are requesting and click “OK”.
- Select the month your request will start in and click OK.
- Select the specific start and end dates of your time off request. You can also fill in the dates using the “Requested Dates” field in the lower left corner. When you are done, click “OK”.
- Type in any applicable notes in the Notes field of the “Time Off Request Summary” and click “Submit”.
Notifications
- Click the “MyVR Notifications" link at the bottom of the “MyVR Notifications” tile to go to the “Messages” tab of MyVR. From here you can view your MyVR Messages.
