Background Information
To use an IDVisor Scanner and perform DMVChecks, you must have a registered DMVCheck account. The following Job Aide provides the steps on how to set up a DMVCheck account through Tokenworks as well as how to set up payment options, purchase DMVCheck credits, add additional user accounts, set usage limits, and view the DMVCheck scan history.
Registering a New DMVCheck Account
- Navigate to https://account.tokenworks.net/
- Select Sign Up.
- Enter your first name, last name, Casino Arizona email address (firstname.lastname@casinoaz.com), Casino Arizona as the company name, and a new password into the required fields.
- Select Register Account.
Setting Up Payment Options
A credit card must be registered to the account that will be associated with the DMVCheck program. To register a credit card:
- Navigate to https://account.tokenworks.net/
- Select Log In.
- Upon entering your login credentials, you will be brought to the Account Homepage.
- A pop-up window appears prompting you to enter credit card information. Enter your credit card information.
- Select Change.
Purchasing DMVCheck Credits
One credit is utilized whenever you perform a DMVCheck on a scanned ID. These credits do not have an expiration date and will remain in your account until either the termination of your account or until they are utilized for checks. To purchase additional credits:
- From the Account Homepage, select Purchase next to the DMV Credit section.
- Under the Select Credit Amount drop-down, select the amount of credits you would like to purchase.
- Select Purchase.
- A Payment confirmation window appears. Review your choices, then, select Pay.
Adding User Accounts
You have the option to create separate user accounts for any staff that will be operating the IDentiFake system and can set DMVCheck usage limits for each user account, as desired, to prevent over usage. To create a new user account:
- Select the hamburger icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Users.
- Under the Manage Users section, scroll down and select Invite User.
- Enter the user’s information.
- Select Invite.
- The email address that was submitted on the form will shortly receive an email prompting them to click a link to confirm their account.
- The link will direct them to a webpage with a form where they can enter and confirm their new password.
- After entering their password, the user can log in by clicking the link below the confirmation message.
- Once the new account is confirmed, the new user account will appear under the Manage Users section of the Account Homepage.
Setting Usage Limits
To set DMVCheck credit usage limits for a specific user:
- Select the hamburger icon.
- Select Users.
- Navigate to the desired user’s account and select the gear icon.
- A Units Management window appears.
- Select the “+” icon in the upper right corner to create a new credit usage limit for the selected user account.
- From the Product drop-down menu, select DMV Scan Service.
- Enter the desired credit usage limits in the appropriate fields.
- Select Save.
- The new limit will then be displayed next to the user’s account.
Viewing DMVCheck Scan History
- Select the hamburger icon.
- Select Scan History.
- Under the Transactions section, select a date range.
- Select Export.
