Editing a Reservation
1. Right-hand side, EDIT
2. The edit screen looks the same as the booking screen, only UPDATE (Save button)will only show if you modify the booking.
a. Change Dates
b. Change Room Type
c. Adding notes
3. Reservation Details – Changing Dates of Stay
a. Verify availability under RESERVATIONS tab GENERAL AVAILABILITY
b. Changing the dates of stay prompts the below bar on your screen as well as asterisks(*) to update AVAILABILITY and STAY INFORMATION
4. AVAILABILITY
a. Find the associated room type, if they are keeping the same or upgrading.
b. This example is a Host Comp so I would choose the HOCOMP Tariff
c. PROCESS RATES
d. Make sure new dates/rates reflect on the right panel.
5. STAY INFORMATION
a. Origin Code and Segment 1 will need to be entered again.
i. Origin Code = Direct Mail Piece (If using mailer) Casino(HOCOMP/Casino Rate)
ii. Segment 1 = Salt River Reward
b. While updating Origin Code the following pop up will appear, please press OK
6. SPECIAL REQUESTS
a. All booking modifications will need to be notated under Special Requests
b. Examples:
6/1 Guest updated booking from arr. 6/16 (1 nt) to arr. 6/17 (1 nt) – SG
6/1 Updated booking to PATKNG, recurring charge of $50 set, emailed new confirmation-SG
7. UPDATE
a. If the booking was a comped reservation, it will remind you that new comp templates need to be added for the new dates.
b. Please follow the Mailer or Host Comp Job Aide to reapply comps templates.
