CMP - Scanning Player ID ({F2})

Background Information

This Job Aide will walk through the steps to scan a player’s ID into CMP.

Scan Player ID

  1. Find and select the player account in the Player Directory.
    1. Application > Players
    2. Enter in player name and click binoculars to search
  2. Verify the player by following internal procedures.
  3. Go to the Edit Player Profile Data screen:
  • Using the Jump To menu, select or type Edit Player Profile Data.
  • Or, with player selected press F2 on keyboard.
  1. Click the Scan ID button
  2. Load the ID or Passport into the Scanner.
  3. Uncheck the Autodetect State checkbox
  4. Click Scan button.
  5. Press the top button on the ID Scanner device
  6. Confirm scanned image and make any changes to player details if necessary.
  7.   Press Store All to save image and any gathered details.
  8.   Click Submit to save and confirm information.
