From time-to-time, guests will require assistance with their Players Card PIN.  This Job Aide will walk through the steps of Player PIN information including unlocking and resetting PINs.

1. Find and select the player account in the Player Directory.  Click the Application tab, then click Players.
2. Enter in player name and click binoculars to search.
3. Verify the player by following internal procedures.
4. Go to the PIN screen by doing one of the following:

• Using the Jump To menu, select or type Edit Player PIN.

• Or in the Player Directory, double-click the player’s name to open the Edit Player Profile Data screen.

5. Click the PIN tab.
6. Click UnLock PIN.

1. Follow steps 1 through 4 above.
2. Enter in New PIN.
3. Click Submit.
