Verizon - International Travel for iPhones

Background Information

International travel pass has been enabled on your device. You will need to make sure roaming is enabled on your device and you will need to restart your device once you reach your destination. Review the following walkthrough on how to perform both.

Enable Roaming on iPhone

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Cellular or Cellular Data.
  3. If your device has a Single SIM card or eSIM:
    1. Enable Cellular Data.
    2. Tap Cellular Data Options.
    3. Enable Data Roaming and other settings suggested by your carrier.
  4. If your device uses Dual SIM or Dual eSIM:
    1. Enable Cellular Data.
    2. Tap the number you want to modify.
    3. Tap Cellular Data Options.
    4. Enable Data Roaming and other settings suggested by your carrier.

Restarting Your iPhone

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
