Background Information

Everi is updating their security features for those with access to XView. Multi-Factor Authentication will be required for users with access to reporting in XView. This Job Aide will walk through the steps of accessing Multi-Factor Authentication. 

Verifying Email Addresses

  1. Log in to XView and click “Edit Profile” in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Verify the email address is correct; if not, update the email address to the correct one.
  3. Click “Save” once confirmed.

Logging Into XView With MFA

  1. Log in to XView using your provided credentials.
  2. A pop-up will request verification of your email address. If correct, click “Save”. If this is not correct, please enter the correct email address and click “Save”.
  3. You will receive an email with a link to click in order to continue the login process. Go to your email’s inbox, locate the email, and click the link to verify the login.
  4. At the login screen, you will be alerted that the email address has been verified. Proceed with the login process and click “Login”.
