Logging Into SWS

It is important to follow proper log-on procedures to prevent access issues within the application. Access issues will occur if proper log-on procedures are not followed. Follow the steps below to properly log into SWS.

  1. Navigate to the Desktop screen.
  2. Double-click the SWS Web icon.
  3. Enter your username in the username field.
  4. Enter your password in the password field.
  5. Select Login.

Logging Off SWS

It is important to follow proper log-off procedures to prevent access issues within the application. Access issues will occur if proper log-off procedures are not followed. Follow the steps below to properly log off SWS.

  1. From any window or page within SWS, select the Profile icon in the upper, right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Log Out.

NOTE: Closing out of a window or web page by selecting the “X” in the top, right corner DOES NOT properly log you off the SWS application. This method creates access issues when trying to access SWS from the same or other computers. Be sure to log off properly each time you exit SWS.
