InfoGenesis - Applying Tier Discounts

Background Information

Player Tier Discounts can be applied to F&B and/or Retail orders placed within InfoGenesis. This is known as a check discount and will apply the discount to the entire check (except for non-qualifying items). Follow the steps below to apply a Player Tier Discount to an order.

Applying a Player Tier Discount to an Order

  1. Log into InfoGenesis at a POS terminal.
  2. Take/place order following normal procedure.
  3. After all items are placed, from the Tender Screen, select Casino Account Inquiry.
  4. Select Card Number.
  5. Swipe Player Card.
  6. A Player Account window appears. Select Done.
  7. A Casino Account Inquiry window appears. Select Done.
  8. From the Tender screen, select Discount.
  9. Select the Tier Discount.
  10. The Tier Discount has been applied. Review this information on the right side of the screen underneath the order items.
  11. Complete payment for the order following procedure.
