Safe Senders & Safe Recipients List

Utilize the Safe Senders and Safe Recipients List to manage email messages in your inbox.

Safe Senders List

The Safe Senders List allows any message from a specified person or domain to pass through the junk email filter and go into your Inbox. If the specified name or domain appears on the From line of the message, the message is deemed safe by the filter.

Safe Recipients List

Sometimes you'll receive e-mail when your name isn't the only one on the To line of the message, or even when your name doesn't appear on the To line at all. If these messages are legitimate, you'll want to add the recipient's name to the Safe Recipients List so that those messages aren't filtered out as junk.
