Background Information
SafePointe’s Security System allows you to continuously screen for concealed weapons without disrupting traffic flow, with no visible operator, and no additional security force. This Job Aide reviews the process of reporting false alerts from the Safepointe’s Security System.
Reporting False Alerts to SafePointe
- Log into a Desktop Computer.
- Open Microsoft Outlook and open a New Email Message.
- In the “To” field, enter the SafePointe email address: safepointe.support@soundthinking.com
- In the body of the email, include the following information:
- The entry lane
- The date and time of entry
- A description of the false alert
- Example:
- Please correct a false alert at the TSR West Parking level 2 entrance. A patron entered the casino at 12:34 and alerted yellow, but when the patron was searched there was no weapon.
