UKG - Weekly 40 Plus PTO Dataview Report

This job aide explains how to view the Weekly 40 Plus PTO Dataview Report in UKG. This report is only available to job roles with the appropriate user access.

Locating the Weekly 40 Plus PTO Dataview Report

  1. Navigate to UKG and login.
  2. Select the navigation icon  on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Dataview & Reports.
  4. Select Dataview Library.
  5. Scroll down to the Timekeeping section at the bottom of the page. Select Weekly 40 Plus PTO from the library. This will automatically open the report.

Reviewing the Weekly 40 Plus PTO Dataview Report

  • The default view should be selected as “Current Week” in the upper right corner of the page.
