Survey Navigation
Use this Quick Reference Guide to navigate through your Employee Engagement Survey.
Access the survey by using one of the following ways:
- Employees with email access will receive an email with a direct link to the survey.
- Employees without email access, or those who do not receive an email link, will access the survey by either:
- Selecting the following link using a PC or laptop: Employee Engagement Survey
- Scanning the following QR code using a tablet or mobile device:
Log into the survey by entering your employee badge number without the dash mark in the access code field. This number is your CGL number found on the back of your badge. While you are entering your badge number to access the survey, please remember your individual responses will remain confidential. Upon logging in, follow the prompts to answer the survey questions by either:
- Entering an answer directly into the answer field.
- Selecting an answer using the Agree/Disagree Scale as pictured in the pdf attachment.
Important Notes
- All survey questions are optional.
- The survey is provided in several languages, including English, Spanish, Arabic, and Tagalog.
- Each employee may only complete this survey once.
